I've suffered from migraine headaches my entire life.
After researching alternative options I discovered that peppermint helps to open
constricted blood vessels that cause sinus and migraine headaches.
That was ten years ago since I created and introduced the headache stick.
Needless to say, I am impressed with this powerful, but yet natural headache relief.

Headache Relief balm
When I feel a headache coming on, I just rub this balm over my top lip, under my nose, and relax. Within 5 minutes the horrible pain has subsided, after 30 minutes it is completely gone. There have only been a few times that after 30 minutes I have had to reapply & take an over the counter pill (Tylenol, Advil) to completely cure the headache- and I've only had to take 1, yes ONE, otc pill, not my previous 3-4 pills
*I have not had a migraine in months, so I have not tried this for migraine relief*
