"The world's favorite season is the spring.
All things seem possible in May."
- Edwin Way Teale
Isn't she lovely?
Bittersweet is filling our stainless steel kettle with a variety of spring, summer soap.
It seems pretty odd to start thinking about the holidays in July, but since our cure frame is six weeks, we're always a couple of months ahead on production.
For now, we'll concentrate on May, and make every attempt to take in her natural beauty.
I'm growing white sage and sweet grass and my fingers are crossed that my garden hydrangeas will produce plump sea foam green, and ginger pink blooms. Usually they begin to bud in June.
Wishing you a glorious spring!
